What's a House Kirtan?
House Kirtans are smaller gatherings, similar to a house concert, held in the homes of generous volunteers. The emphasis is on deepening the practice of kirtan by chanting to the accompaniment of only one or two acoustic instruments in quiet, intimate settings. The silent meditation periods between the chants are longer---usually between five and ten minutes. I am offering to lead the chants at these gatherings free of charge anywhere in the greater Tallahassee area. Contact me if you are interested in hosting a House Kirtan!

We invite you to add your voice to ours in the musical spiritual practice of kirtan chanting. If you don't feel like singing, come to listen and benefit from the vibrations. This event will benefit the Spiritual Enrichment Center (SEC) in Dothan, Alabama, where Jeffji has been a regular performer for several years. The SEC could use some financial help because of the pandemic, so please consider giving some extra love in your love offering. If you want to write a check, make it payable to the Spiritual Enrichment Center.
